Raghu Akkapeddi, CEO
Raghu founded Index Analytics in 2012. Since that time he has set the strategic vision, direction, and goals for the company’s overall operations and growth. He interfaces directly with Index’s clients to ensure our highly qualified team members consistently exceed customer expectations. As a thought leader in Business Intelligence and data analytics, he guides government agencies in developing Enterprise Business Intelligence goals and strategies, and contributes to industry-leading blogs. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience consulting for federal government agencies in management and information technology. He successfully managed multiple large-scale Enterprise Business Intelligence projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He specializes in Business Intelligence, ETL, Data Warehousing, Healthcare analytics, and federal agency IT infrastructure.
Raghu has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. He was awarded the gold medal for being the top-ranked student at Osmania University in India during his undergraduate studies.

Cupid Chan, CTO
As Index’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Cupid leads the company’s technology and IT innovation efforts. He establishes Index’s technical vision and leads all aspects of technological development, and works with Raghu to grow the company using technological resources. He is an industry-recognized expert on the latest developments in Big Data and Business Intelligence and he has lectured on these topics in various settings, including as a guest speaker in several courses at the University of Maryland, College Park, and at Johns Hopkins University. He has provided technology solutions for over 15 years as a consultant to commercial clients and government agencies. He was responsible for the organization-wide Big Data Analytics Insight Offerings at a Fortune 500 company before joining Index Analytics.
Cupid’s professional journey began as one of the key players in building a world-class Business Intelligence platform immediately after graduating with a Computer Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Besides holding multiple technical accreditations, he also holds a Master’s degree in IT for Business from Johns Hopkins University. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Gina Wolery, COO
Gina joined Index Analytics in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). She brings to the company 20 years of Federal consulting experience that spans defense, civilian, and health markets. As COO, she ensures the corporate infrastructure scales for rapid growth and that the company continues to delight its customers and take care of its employees. Gina’s experience includes P&L and business development roles. In both senior and executive positions with large Federal IT service providers, she has led capture efforts for strategic pursuits in Health IT. She gained her management expertise overseeing projects and programs that range from drug treatment program evaluations to health communications to implementing key components of the Affordable Care Act. Gina has managed highly visible programs of national significance for multiple agencies in HHS, including the Enrollment Assistance Program and the Financial Management Program Support contracts with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Georgetown University and brings a keen analytical perspective to the business. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is certified in Lean Six Sigma and ITIL.
